ABOUT ME

I’m Nav, a Certified Personal Trainer, diagnosed with ADHD at the tender age of 39.

There’s nothing like the feeling of an empty gym early in the morning. The bright sun beaming through the windows brings with it a world of untapped potential. An opportunity to start the day focused, mind and body connected.

But I wasn’t always in this optimal mindset. Along the way, I have struggled with many symptoms common to ADHD, namely bad coordination, poor postural alignment, and weight management issues. But the most dangerous symptom of all, low-motivation, was my main problem.

I’ve spent many years trying to figure out how to overcome these barriers. Only through accepting myself, as I am with flaws and limitations, that I was able to find my intrinsic motivation. Along the way, I’ve tried many forms of exercising and learned a lot about how ADHD affects the body.

The ability to step out of my mind and into my body without distractions remains the key to my success. In addition to medication,  a physical outlet to release all that mental energy opens possibilities that would never have revealed itself.

I want to help discover what gets you moving and make it a habit you will carry for the rest of your days!
