FIND ME

I’m Nav, a Certified Personal Trainer on a mision to understand how the body is affected by ADHD.

In this section you’ll find articles, podcasts and videos dedicated to the intersection of ADHD and fitness.

The perspective I provide is based on a lifetime of living undiagnosed but with the awareness that I had ADHD. I was diagnosed and began taking medication as I was pushing 40.

From bad coordination to weight management problems, I’ve always dealt with ADHD symptoms in some form.

This blog is about finding answers to this neurological condition and how to effectively manage symptoms.

I will explore ADHD by understanding the role the body has to play first and how it then relates to the mind.
